Responsibilities

You will be expected to provide care at a high standard to help residents and be there for them. You will work within a positive behaviour support framework, follow agreed guidelines and work within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.

You will have the opportunity to undertake the responsible role of being a Support Worker/Care Assistant. Our person-centred planning meetings and processes are co-produced with the people we support and their families to promote a unified approach. Together we set meaningful and inspirational goals, which Support Workers have a particular responsibility to work towards. This will provide you with a great experience to develop skills which can underpin a successful career in adult social care.

However, we will always try to find you work according to your availability.

We offer competitive hourly rates, annual leave entitlement, ongoing training, scope for permanent opportunities with some temp roles after a qualifying period.
