Overview
Home Support Workers are an integral part of a health care team, and in this role, you will encourage, support, and promote independence for patients in home and community care settings by assisting with activities of daily living under the supervision of our Personal Support Manager. We are looking for Home Support Workers (HSWs) to help us bring patient and family-centered care to patients in the Chelmsford, Cartier, Dowling areas.

- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, the hourly range is $20.42 to $20.85.

What The Role Involves
CarePartners HSWs provide professional, compassionate care in homes and residences in the community. HSWs assist with activities of daily living, allowing patients and families to live life to the fullest with dignity and independence:
- Bathing, showering, personal hygiene
- Dressing
- Meal preparation
- Transferring/repositioning
- Light housekeeping
- Bowel/bladder care
- Socializing and companionship
What You Bring

- Ability to attend the full time training program
- A valid driver’s license (G or G2 Classification), access to a reliable vehicle, and proof of automobile insurance
- To protect our patients, we require current vulnerable sector check screening, and a clear background check
