Make a Real Impact in Community Care We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our growing domiciliary care team in Essex.

Youll play a key part in ensuring service users receive safe, effective care while also supporting and developing care staff across the community.
What Youll Be Doing Coordinate and manage care staff rotas efficiently using electronic rostering systems.
Ensure all care visits are covered and respond promptly to emergency changes.
Responding to safeguarding concerns and service issues Conduct spot checks, competency assessments, and quality assurance visits.
Liaise with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate and regularly reviewed.
Maintain compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in the on-call rota as required.
What Were Looking For NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)Minimum 3 years experience of Care Coordinator of Senior Care Coordinator.
Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding Confident communicator with good organisational skills Ability to work independently and handle a varied workload Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
