- Hold a full clean driving licence and can get around Plymouth
- Have supervised a team before — feedback, training, the tricky conversations too
- Are a natural communicator who stays calm under pressure
- Know your way around Microsoft and don’t mind a database
- Hold an Enhanced DBS
