- Strong experience in major adaptations and complex equipment , including specifications and plans
- Ability to carry out holistic, person-centred OT assessments and reviews
- Good understanding of social care and housing legislation
- Able to manage and prioritise complex caseloads independently
- Experience in manual handling and safe use of equipment
- Knowledge of specialist equipment and adaptations
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
