As a Care Match Coach you will build and nurture your community with the support of the Care Match team and receive commission for every hour of care delivered.

Support: Introduce carers to clients, nurture stable care relationships, and guide self-employed Carer Members towards achieving client outcomes.

Compliance: Work with the Care Match Membership Team to keep carer documentation and training up to date, while assisting with rota management and coverage.
