Are you a motivated leader driven by quality care and personal growth? As a CareMatch Coach you will build and nurture your community with the support of the CareMatch team and receive commission for every hour of care delivered.

What You’ll Do:

  • Launch New Care Packages: Meet new clients, understand their individual needs, and help them build their personalised care plan and team of Carers (CareHub).
  • Mentor & Support: Introduce carers to clients, nurture stable care relationships, and guide self-employed Carer Members towards achieving client outcomes.
  • Operations & Compliance: Work with the CareMatch Membership Team to keep carer documentation and training up to date, while assisting with rota management and coverage.
  • Hands-on Care & Rota Backfill: Step in to deliver direct care when required to maintain continuous support for your community (paid hourly in addition to your commission).
  • Leadership & Risk Management: Dynamically manage care risks, mediate concerns, and foster a high-quality care environment in your region.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in social care delivery with strong communication skills.
  • Ready to manage your own schedule on a self-employed basis.
