About The Role
You will be responsible for supporting and managing your team of Care and Support Workers in the community. You will be the go-to person to solve complex queries, use your experience and problem-solving skills to deliver care solutions, and connect the office with the service user in partnership with the Care Manager and Care Coordinator. You will also provide quality control of care services and seek ways to raise the level of care. This is a community-based role where you will manage your team and undertake reviews and audits of care packages.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and managing your team of Care and Support Workers in the community.
- Be the go-to person to solve complex queries when they arise.
- Use your experience and problem-solving skills to deliver care solutions to the community.
- Work in close partnership with the Care Manager and Care Coordinator to connect the office with the service user.
- Provide quality control of care services and seek higher levels of care.
