Are you passionate about care and making a difference every day? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our home care team in Merton. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive safe, reliable and person-centred care in the comfort of their own homes. Working alongside the Care Manager, care assistants, customers and families, you will support care delivery, monitor quality standards and help maintain excellent levels of service. This is a key role within our domiciliary care service — connecting customers, care workers and the office team to ensure every person receives care with dignity, respect and kindness.

Reports to Care Manager
Summary of role
Responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
Self-motivated, organised, flexible and confident using their own initiative. Caring, approachable and able to communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds. Passionate about delivering excellent care and supporting others.
Experience and Qualifications
The following experience would be beneficial:
- NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care.
- At least 3 years of experience working in domiciliary care or home care services.
- At least 3 years of care supervision or leadership experience in domiciliary.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A Nursing background will be good but not essential.
- Knowledge of the Merton area or living locally.
