We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly organised Field Care Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Eastleigh and surrounding areas. If you’re a natural leader with a strong understanding of home care regulations and a genuine desire to support both clients and carers, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervising and Supporting Carers: Providing ongoing guidance, mentorship, and support to our care team, ensuring they feel valued and equipped to deliver outstanding care.
  • Conducting Assessments and Reviews: Carrying out initial client assessments, developing comprehensive care plans, and regularly reviewing care packages to ensure they meet evolving needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitoring and maintaining the highest standards of care delivery, conducting spot checks, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
  • Client Liaison: Building strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Rota Management Support: Assisting care co‑ordinator with the creation and management of care rotas to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
  • On‑Call Duties: Participating in an on‑call rota to provide out‑of‑hours support and guidance (details to be discussed).
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs for carers and contributing to their ongoing professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or senior care role within a home care setting is essential.
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health.
