Hours: Full time Up to 37.5 hours (Can vary depending on the business needs)

Location: Merton (Covering SM4, CR4, SW20, SW19, KT3 areas including Morden, Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Mitcham & surrounding areas)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Care Manager to join our domiciliary care team in Merton. This role is ideal for someone who has strong leadership skills, understands high-quality home care and wants to make a genuine difference in the lives of customers and care staff.

As a Care Manager, you will lead and support our care team, maintain excellent care standards and ensure every customer receives safe, compassionate and person-centred care in their own home. This is more than a management position. It is an opportunity to guide a team, support families, improve care quality and help shape the future of our service. We need someone who truly cares and will lead us to achieve an “outstanding” rating from CQC.

Essential Requirement: Minimum 5 years’ experience of managing a domiciliary care service in the UK as a registered care manager.

Reports to Managing Director or Owner of the business
