Location: WokinghamSalary: £23,500.00 paHours: 37.5 per week Monday – FridayAre you great at organising a schedule? Do you find that you are great at finding a solution to a complex problem? When there is a group event, do you often find that you are the point of contact for everyone because you know the arrangements? If this is you then perhaps you were a born Care Coordinator.As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for aligning the schedule of your Care & Support Workers with the important needs of supporting people to receive care in their own homes.Your responsibilities will include:Allocation of Care & Support Workers to all service user visits.Responding to incoming telephone enquiries.Processing new service user referrals.Preparing appropriate documentation for Field Care Supervisors.Ensuring Customer and Care & Support Worker records are up to date.Producing reports and management information as required.Some key skills that you will need for this role include: being a good communicator, experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), the ability to work under pressure and great organisational skills.
