About the Role:

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our care delivery team
  • Support and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care
  • Conduct care assessments, reviews, and spot checks
  • Ensure compliance with CIW regulations, Social Care Wales and internal quality standards
  • Work closely with the senior management team to drive growth and service excellence
