We’re looking for experienced Complex Care Assistants who are passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care and helping clients live safely, comfortably and independently at home.

  • At least 2 years’ UK care experience
  • Experience supporting clients with PEG feeding
  • Experience supporting clients with seizure management
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • A caring, compassionate and professional approach

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

  • Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV)
  • Cough Assist
  • Supporting clients living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
  • Supporting clients living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND)

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be supporting clients with complex healthcare needs in their own homes, helping them remain as independent and comfortable as possible. Your role may include:

  • Personal care
  • Medication administration
  • PEG feeding and nutritional support
  • Seizure monitoring and management
  • Mobility and moving & handling
  • Supporting respiratory care where required
  • Bowel care (where trained and competent)
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Working closely with families and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care
