We are looking for a Care Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of our services.
About The Role
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our care delivery team
- Support and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care
- Conduct care assessments, reviews, and spot checks
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
- Work closely with the senior management team to drive growth and service excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in domiciliary care
- Some experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- A driver with access to your own car – essential for client visits and staff support
- Working towards, or motivated to work towards, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for improving lives through quality care
