Care Assistant

Location: Stratford‑upon‑Avon

Salary: £9.52 – £12.20 per hour

Hours: Flexible 7am – 10pm

You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the customer’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark.

All applicants must hold a full UK driving licence (UKDL) and own a car; no experience is required – we provide full training.

The type of support you would be providing is no different from what a family member would reasonably give; for instance, you may help with bathing and dressing or provide domestic support.

• Shopping & meal preparation
• Prompting with medication
• Support with daily routines
• Respite services
• Socialising and leisure activities
• Helping customers access the community
