Hours: 8 Hours to 12 Hours

About The Role

Are you a caring and experienced professional looking to take the next step in your career? Caremark Southampton is looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of care for our clients while supporting and mentoring our amazing Care Assistants.

All we ask is that you have a full valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and access to your own vehicle. If you do not have access to the vehicle, we provide an Electric Scooter Discount and Bus Pass Discount.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering & directing phone calls and emails professionally
• Assisting in scheduling client visits & staff rotas
• Maintaining accurate documentation & compliance records
• Supporting the care team with administrative tasks
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients & caregivers
• Preparing reports & handling office management tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational & time management skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail & ability to multitask
• Previous Administrative Experience (care Sector Preferred)
• Proactive & able to work independently
• Eligibility to work in the UK
