Caremark Portsmouth & Havant is recruiting a Registered Care Manager to lead quality and compliance for our brand-new office in Portsmouth. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up with support from a national care provider and their experienced management team.

The Role

  • Ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered consistently
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC, Legislation and Industry Standards
  • Recruiting, developing and leading a care team that shares your values and commitment to excellence
  • Delivering training that genuinely prepares your team to provide outstanding care
  • Building strong relationships with customers, families, local authorities and agencies
  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office, ensuring your team has everything they need to do their jobs brilliantly and creating a culture where people choose to stay.

About You

You must have previous experience as a Registered Care Manager within a domiciliary care setting and hold an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. You will bring integrity, honesty, and a genuine passion for improving lives. Excellent organisation and empathetic leadership are essential.
