Caremark Portsmouth & Havant is recruiting a Registered Care Manager to lead quality and compliance for our brand-new office in Portsmouth. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up with support from a national care provider and their experienced management team.
The Role
- Ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered consistently
- Ensuring compliance with CQC, Legislation and Industry Standards
- Recruiting, developing and leading a care team that shares your values and commitment to excellence

About You
You must have previous experience as a Registered Care Manager within a domiciliary care setting and hold an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
