Care Assistant – Well‑being support at home in Hatfield, Welwyn & St. Albans, located in the Hatfield, Welwyn, St Albans and Harpenden area.
Salary: £14.50‑£15.50 per hour.
Hours: 6:45am – 3pm, 3pm – 10pm Monday – Friday and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers to live independently in their own homes while supporting choices.
- Provide personal care: dressing, toileting, bathing, shaving, skin, hair, foot care and dental hygiene.
- Support daily living: medication management, meal planning and preparation, eating assistance, reduced mobility support, laundry, tidying and cooking.
- Accompany customers to community activities: shopping, leisure, exercise, medical appointments and liaise with health professionals.
- Build professional relationships and provide companionship, encouraging independence and choice.
- Support the Field Care Supervisor in implementing field‑based quality control and mentor all Care & Support Workers in the area.
Qualifications
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year experience in domiciliary/home care.
- Organised, methodical, detail‑oriented.
- Flexible to working schedules, roles and responsibilities.
- Team player and people person.
