Join Caremark Ltd as a Care & Support Worker in Harrow Weald HA3. We are a multi-award-winning company recruiting Part-Time MALE AND FEMALE Care Assistants for 20-25 hours per week.

Location: Harrow Weald HA3

Salary: Over and above minimum hourly wage

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm or evenings 5.30pm-8pm

Role Overview: Caremark Care Assistants meet the support needs of our customers, respecting their independence. You will travel to customers' homes to assist with daily tasks as agreed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Help with washing & dressing
  • Shopping & meal preparation
  • Prompting with medication
  • Support with daily routines
  • Respite services
  • Socialising and leisure activities
  • Accessing the community

Qualifications & Qualities: We value Care and Support Workers who are self-motivated, well-organised, reliable, caring, sensitive, flexible, and good communicators. No experience necessary; full training provided.
