Your Role
Care Assistant, you will support individuals with daily activities, including:
- Providing companionship
- Assisting with shopping, cleaning, and household tasks
- Preparing meals
- Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
- Assisting with medication management
- Offering overnight care and support
Who We’re Looking For
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care
- Available full-time or part-time (16+ hours per week), especially 08:00-1300, 16:00-21:00, and weekends
- Living in or near the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham
- Eligible to work in the UK
