You would be responsible for meeting our customers' support requirements in a way that respects their individuality and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the customer's home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark.
This is a unique and exciting role, as you will be joining a new office with 24 years of home care experience. Together, we can build a responsible, reliable, compassionate, and motivated team to deliver the very best in personalised care and support for Calderdale.
The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person's family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.
