At Caremark (Dartford, Gravesham & Medway), we don’t cut visits short, rush care, or overpromise to families. We believe in getting care right, and we’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor who shares that belief.
About us: Caremark Dartford Gravesham and Medway are franchised offices that have been delivering quality care in the community for the last 8 years. We are an award-winning office that prides itself on making sure all our customers receive exceptional care to keep them living longer at home.
About The Role
- Support and supervise care staff in the field
- Complete spot checks, care reviews, and service quality visits
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and families
- Be part of our on-call team (additional pay included)
- Help lead by example and raise the standard of home care
You will be on a shift pattern working 5 days a week and expected to work 8 hours per day, including every other weekend. On days that you are working, you may be required to be on call outside of office hours and therefore you will need to be flexible to manage your hours. On call will be paid in addition to salary.

- Experience in domiciliary/home care (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A calm, solutions-focused approach
- Previous training and certificates in care
- Full UK driving licence
