About The Role:

Your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the activities of field staff or caregivers who provide services to clients in their homes or other community settings. Other responsibilities include

About you:

You’ll be a great communicator, highly motivated and organized with solid leadership skills and a passion for driving efficiency and maintaining high standards. You’ll also need a care qualification or equivalent to at least NVQ Level 3 or with or working towards level 3. Ideally you will also have 1 to 2 years experience as a Field Care Supervisor.
