Full time – flexible hours

For this senior role we are looking for applicants who have at least two years previous experience in domiciliary care or experience as a Field Care Supervisor. This is a full time position with 40 hours per week guaranteed.

Your role as a Field Care Supervisor:

  • Oversee a list of service users designated by undertaking client reviews, risk assessments, care plan updates, handovers, assessments for our reablement service.
  • Liaise with Social Services and other health professionals about changes in circumstances and requirements to maintain customers required level and standard of service.
  • Oversee a team of staff assigned to you by performing supervisions, undertaking competency checks & spot checks, training new members of staff where required in the community and ensuring staff are happy within their roles.
  • This is rewarding role and integral to the service we provide, teamwork and a proactive approach is essential.
  • Field Care Supervisors are responsible for the efficient running of their own specific, defined areas and should vary their hours of work in order to effectively monitor and support all Care & Support Workers and clients.
  • It is considered essential that a Field Care Supervisor possess the following qualities:
