  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, local authorities, and partner agencies to deliver outstanding client satisfaction
  • Driving business growth through effective marketing and recruitment strategies
  • Designing and delivering in-house training to maintain high standards of care
  • Conducting care assessments and creating person-centred care plans while building strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficiency and sustainability

About You:

We’re looking for a passionate leader with the skills and drive to shape a new care service in Edinburgh.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle — essential for visiting clients and managing staff across the community
  • Full Right to Work in the UK (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of Care Inspectorate Scotland standards, SSSC Codes of Practice, and adult support & protection
  • Knowledge of the Edinburgh area and existing contacts highly advantageous
  • Proven leadership and people management, excellent communication and organisational abilities, ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively
  • Integrity, passion, and commitment to building a resilient, inspection-ready service

Desirable (Not Essential):

  • SVQ Care Services Leadership & Management (SCQF Level 10) or willingness to work towards it
  • Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager (preferred) or in a senior care management role
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated to grow a new territory and make a lasting community impact
