We are looking for a compassionate and reliable care assistant in Chelsea to join our dedicated team and support clients in the area. This role involves providing high-quality care across the borough. You will cover the area’s SW1X, SW10, SW1W, SW3, SW5, SW6, and SW7. If you are passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives and want to work in a supportive and rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you.
You would be responsible for meeting our customers’ support requirements in a way that respects their individuality and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the customer’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster. The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.
