Care Team Leader

Hours :

30 hours per week (including alternate weekends)

MUST OWN VEHICLE AND VALID UK DRIVING LICENSE

We are currently recruiting a Senior Carer / Team Leader to support our care teams across Lewisham and Bromley. This is a part-time position (30 hours weekly), with flexibility required to work every other weekend . You will play a key role in maintaining care quality, supporting staff in the field, and ensuring client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and mentor carers in the community
• Deliver and monitor PPE supplies
• Update and maintain care plans
• Conduct spot checks and supervision visits
• Attend review meetings with clients and families
• Respond to on-the-ground care issues
• Ensure care delivery meets CQC and company standards

Requirements

✅ A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle✅ Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)✅ Confident using Microsoft Word and digital systems✅ Experience in domiciliary care (as a Senior Carer or Team Leader)✅ Able to work independently and manage your own schedule✅ A caring, approachable, and professional manner
