We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care and Support Worker to join our dedicated team providing high-quality care and support to people in their own homes and within the community. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others live as independently as possible while maintaining dignity, choice, and control over their daily lives.
As a Care and Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs, helping them with everyday tasks, personal care, and emotional wellbeing. You will build positive relationships with the people you support and work closely with colleagues and families to ensure the best possible outcomes. Previous experience in care or support work is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are kind, patient, dependable, and committed to making a positive difference in people’s lives.
In this role, you will support individuals with a variety of needs, helping them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes while encouraging independence and wellbeing. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting where required
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting individuals to access the community, attend appointments, or participate in activities
- Assisting with medication reminders or prompts in line with care plans
- Promoting independence and choice in all aspects of care

- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure high standards of care and support are delivered
