About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, can start early in the morning, and is comfortable travelling between clients in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, meal preparation and medication prompts
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Work to a fixed schedule starting from 06:30
  • Travel between visits using your own vehicle
