Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the CQC regulated domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance and quality
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Coordinators, Field Supervisors, and Care Assistants
- Build strong partnerships with referrers, local authorities, and private clients
- Ensure care delivery meets the highest standards of safety, dignity, and respect
- Drive continuous improvement and find more efficient ways to deliver care
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational performance
- Foster a positive, accountable culture that encourages growth and teamwork
About You
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up in domiciliary care
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry and care sector regulations
- Inspirational leadership style with the ability to bring out the best in people
- Commercially aware, proactive, and passionate about quality and growth
