About The Role
What you will be doing:
- We are recruiting for an energetic and empathetic Field Care Supervisor to support the Care Assistants and customers.
- You will be based predominantly in the field supporting Caremark's wonderful customers and fantastic Care Assistants.
- You will carry out a range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Assessing and reviewing individual services
- Practical supervision, instruction and support of the amazing Care Assistants
- Administration tasks in relation to both Customers and Care Assistants
- Support our care team and maintain our robust Quality Assurance system
- This will be across a 5 day working pattern (40 hrs per week) to include alternate weekends.
- You will act as a link between the customers and the office and oversee care quality control.
- A huge part of the role is to ensure the customers are happy and satisfied with their care.
- You will be required to cover care calls if required.
- You will be assessing new customers and writing care plans and risk assessments, and on-boarding them.
- You will be part of the on-call rota.
