About The Role

What you will be doing:

  • We are recruiting for an energetic and empathetic Field Care Supervisor to support the Care Assistants and customers.
  • You will be based predominantly in the field supporting Caremark's wonderful customers and fantastic Care Assistants.
  • You will carry out a range of duties, including but not limited to:
    • Assessing and reviewing individual services
    • Practical supervision, instruction and support of the amazing Care Assistants
    • Administration tasks in relation to both Customers and Care Assistants
    • Support our care team and maintain our robust Quality Assurance system
  • This will be across a 5 day working pattern (40 hrs per week) to include alternate weekends.
  • You will act as a link between the customers and the office and oversee care quality control.
  • A huge part of the role is to ensure the customers are happy and satisfied with their care.
  • You will be required to cover care calls if required.
  • You will be assessing new customers and writing care plans and risk assessments, and on-boarding them.
  • You will be part of the on-call rota.

  • The candidate must have good English

  • The candidate must have excellent communication skills, with great empathy and care
