Key responsibilities: Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documents to create accurate and comprehensive cost estimates. Collaborate closely with factory, design, site teams and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the project are considered. Utilise your expertise to identify potential cost saving opportunities without compromising quality. Prepare detailed breakdowns for materials, labour, equipment, and other project related expenses. Stay up to date with embassy trans and market conditions to ensure competitive and accurate cost estimates. Qualifications: Bachelor\’s degree end construction or equivalent work experience. Years of experience as an estimator in a construction/ fitout industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Why join us?
