What you'll be doing as a Call Operator:
- Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls. Sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice.
- Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform.
- Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents.
What we are looking for:
- Customer service experience whether that be from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Someone who is motivated, reliable, resilient, flexible, calm in a crisis and great problem-solving.
- Someone with an empathetic approach.
- Good standard of English and ability to enter data into systems accurately.
- Someone who can commit to 10+ hours a week.

Plan strategically, and you could take up to five extended breaks like this each year, giving you more time for travel, relaxation, and everything in between.
