Location: Office based in Ringwood

Hours: 4 on 4 off, 20:00 - 07:15

Salary: £12.21 per hour + £1.50 per hour night allowance

Do you want a role where you can make a difference? We are currently recruiting for a full-time Call Operator to join our existing night shift team that operates between 8pm - 7:15am.

What you'll be doing as a Call Operator:

  • Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls. Sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice.
  • Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform.
  • Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents.

What we are looking for:

  • Customer service experience whether that be from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Someone who is motivated, reliable, resilient, flexible, calm in a crisis and great at problem-solving.
  • Someone with an empathetic approach.
  • Good standard of English and ability to enter data into systems accurately.
