Hourly rate: £12.88 per hour + £1.50 per hour night shift allowance Location: McCarthy House, Ringwood, BH24 3FA Do you want a role where you can make a difference? What you'll be doing as a Call Operator Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls. Sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice. Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents What we are looking for Customer service experience whether that be from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector Excellent communication skills. Someone who is motivated, reliable, resilient, flexible, calm in a crisis and great problem-solving Someone with an empathetic approach Good standard of English and ability to enter data into systems accurately Someone who can commit to 10+ hours a week.
