What you’ll be doing as a Call Operator
Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls. Sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice.
- Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform
- Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents
What we are looking for
- Customer service experience whether that be from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector
- Excellent communication skills. Someone who is motivated, reliable, resilient, flexible, calm in a crisis and great problem-solving
- Someone with an empathetic approach
- Good standard of English and ability to enter data into systems accurately
- Someone who can commit to 10+ hours a week. As a 24 / 7 / 365 service we have a variety of shift options, and plenty of opportunities to do additional hours
