Careline Lifestyles are seeking a dedicated Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team at Willow Park. As a Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with therapeutic practitioners to deliver high-quality support that enables service users to thrive. You'll help individuals work toward their personal goals, support therapeutic sessions, and assist with clinical observations, documentation, and multi-disciplinary collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values meaningful interactions, and is keen to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of therapeutic intervention plans under indirect supervision.
- Assist service users to work toward their goals and record progress.
- Support access to hydrotherapy and help monitor pool conditions.
- Help plan and deliver therapeutic group activities and maintain accurate records.
- Manage and audit therapy equipment stock.
- Assist PBS Practitioners with incident reviews and trend monitoring.
- Provide additional funded therapy input as directed.
