As a Support Worker in Hartlepool, you will provide invaluable support to individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and physical disabilities. The role is centred around helping residents with daily tasks such as swimming, shopping, laundry, and medication administration. You will work with individuals who have a variety of complex needs, including personality disorders and challenging behaviours.
