We're looking for Support Workers. Please note: this role involves supporting adults who may display behaviours that challenge and is not primarily an elderly care position. Experience in complex support needs is advantageous but full training will be provided.
Careline Lifestyles is looking for dedicated, compassionate, and resilient Support Workers to join our teams across our services. We are a family run business and have been established for over 30 years, with 11 specialist Care Homes across the North East of England. We have an in-house team of dedicated professionals to support our individuals, as our focus is on our residents living life to the fullest.
We are a specialist provider, supporting adults (18+) with a range of complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, and behaviours that may challenge. This is not a traditional elderly care role; our focus is on empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives while providing person-centred support tailored to their unique needs.
Location: Deneside Court, Jarrow, NE32 4PJ
Hours: Part-Time and Full-Time Available

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping the people we support achieve their goals, develop life skills, and maintain their wellbeing. Your responsibilities may include:
