About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Nurse to join our team in Bearpark. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care to adults with a range of complex needs, including acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, mental health needs, and physical disabilities. Working in St Aiden's, you will oversee the care and wellbeing of service users, providing clinical expertise and ensuring that a high standard of nursing practice is maintained throughout your shift. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing and holistic care based on comprehensive individual assessments
- Build strong therapeutic relationships to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans and nursing interventions
- Regularly review and reassess the quality of care to meet changing needs and ensure best practice
- Review all medication requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate and updated promptly
- Safely administer medications and maintain clear, detailed records for each service user
- Ensure treatment rooms and clinical areas remain clean, organised, and compliant with infection control standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, working collaboratively with a range of health and social care professionals
- Follow NMC Codes of Conduct, Scope of Practice, safeguarding principles, and all company policies
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the care team during night shifts
- Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, and changes in residents' conditions
What You Need
- Qualified and registered Nurse – RGN, RMN, or RNLD
- Current and valid NMC registration
- Minimum of 1 year’s post-registration experience
- A passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred, high-quality care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Confidence in making clinical decisions and supporting others in the team
