Job Title: Nurse
Location: Bishop Auckland, Durham

Hourly Rate: £21.21
Responsibilities
- Provide highquality nursing and holistic care to service users based on comprehensive care needs assessments
- Develop strong therapeutic relationships with service users to assess, plan, implement, and review care plans and nursing interventions
- Evaluate and reassess the quality of care regularly to meet the changing needs of service users
- Review medications, ensuring documentation is updated and all actions are taken in a timely manner
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records for each service user
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and clinical areas
- Collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings with a wide range of professionals
- Adhere to NMC codes of conduct, Scope of Practice, and home policies and procedures
What You Need
- Qualified & registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- A passion for providing compassionate, highquality care
- At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse
- NMC registration (required)
