About The Role
- Provide high quality nursing and holistic care to service users based on comprehensive care needs assessments.
- Develop strong therapeutic relationships with service users to assess, plan, implement, and review care plans and nursing interventions.
- Evaluate and reassess the quality of care regularly to meet the changing needs of service users.
- Review medications, ensuring documentation is updated and all actions are taken in a timely manner.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records for each service user.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and clinical areas.
- Collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings with a wide range of professionals.
- Adhere to NMC codes of conduct, Scope of Practice, and home policies and procedures.
What You Need
- Qualified & registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD).
- A passion for providing compassionate, high‑quality care.
- At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse.
- NMC registration (required).
