Careline Lifestyles are seeking a dedicated Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team at Wilkinson Park. You'll help individuals work towards their personal goals, support therapeutic sessions, and assist with clinical observations, documentation, and multi‑disciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of therapeutic intervention plans under indirect supervision.
- Assist service users to work toward their goals and record progress.
- Support access to hydrotherapy and help monitor pool conditions.
- Help plan and deliver therapeutic group activities and maintain accurate records.
- Manage and audit therapy equipment stock.
- Assist PBS Practitioners with incident reviews and trend monitoring.
- Provide additional funded therapy input as directed.
