The Role
As HR Administrator - Recruitment & HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting both recruitment and wider HR administration across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising regularly with care home management teams to identify and understand current vacancies
- Proactively managing all company vacancies (posting, updating and removing roles on internal systems and job boards)
- Screening CVs to assess candidate suitability
- Supporting shortlisting processes with home administrators and managers
- Reviewing interview feedback and communicating outcomes to candidates
- Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment journey
- Managing recruitment inquiries via telephone and inbox
- Advising and guiding hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practice
- Updating Head Office recruitment boards with live vacancies
- Working closely with the Recruitment Compliance Officer following appointments
- Acting as note taker in investigation and disciplinary hearings
- Providing general HR administrative support as required

- Experienced within an HR or recruitment role (essential)
- Knowledgeable in Right to Work documentation, including overseas applications and sponsorship (essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment with a varied workload
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- A proactive and supportive team player
- Professional, discreet and able to manage confidential information
