We're looking for Support Workers. Please note: this role involves supporting adults who may display behaviours that challenge and is not primarily an elderly care position. Experience in complex support needs is advantageous but full training will be provided. Careline Lifestyles is looking for dedicated, compassionate, and resilient Support Workers to join our teams across our services.

Hours: Part-Time and Full-Time Available
Salary: £13.04 per hour

About The Role
- Providing person‑centred support in line with individual care plans
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care where required
- Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion
- Building positive relationships and maintaining professional boundaries
- Supporting individuals who may display behaviours that challenge
- Encouraging participation in activities, education, employment, and community engagement
- Completing accurate records and documentation
- Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues

- Able to remain calm in challenging situations
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering high‑quality support
- Strong communicators with a positive attitude
- Experienced in care/support work (desirable but not essential as full training will be provided)
