Key Responsibilities
- Support residents to maintain dignity, independence, and personal choice.
- Engage residents in activities both inside the home and in the community.
- Assist with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, and daily routines.
- Provide safe and appropriate support for individuals with complex needs.
- Use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to promote well‑being and reduce distress.
- Build strong, trusting relationships through active listening and meaningful engagement.
- Follow care plans and contribute to maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
- Encourage social interaction, community participation, and healthy lifestyle choices.
