We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Cook to join our team at our new care home opening in Elswick. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive balanced, nutritious meals that cater to their individual dietary needs. You will work within a set budget, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and contribute to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals to residents, taking into account their medical, dietary, ethnic, religious, and personal preferences.
- Control the production of food in an efficient and economical manner, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Work within the allocated food budget.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with EHO regulations.
About You:
- A minimum of 6 months' culinary experience required.
- Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 (desirable).
