We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and caring Domestic to join our dedicated team at Bowes Court. Purpose of the Role
- To support the effective operation of the domestic services within the home
- To maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control
- To ensure residents' privacy, dignity, and respect at all times
- To carry out duties in line with the home's policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines
- To work in accordance with relevant Codes of Conduct
Responsibilities
- Cleaning residents' rooms, communal areas, bathrooms, and offices to a high standard
- Following cleaning schedules and infection-control guidelines
- Using cleaning products safely and in line with COSHH regulations
- Ensuring all areas of the home remain welcoming, safe, and hygienic
General Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for Health & Safety and reporting hazards promptly
- Reading and signing communication logs and following instructions as required
- Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
- Attending training, meetings, and development activities
- Reporting any concerns or unusual situations to management
- Remaining flexible and supporting the wider team when required
